Aug.21,2010On 3 August 2010, Contract COP had a K-Sharing session on “Tendering Procedure: Building and Road”. In the opening address En. Ghazali, asCCP Leader, took the opportunity to thank all members for their willingness to attend this program. He also suggested that members make use of this opportunity to share whatever information and exchange ideas, they have that will benefit us. He also hoped that such activities be carried out regularly. A total of 43 members from HCME, Roadcare, KPS-HCM, PG-HCM and HCM Arabia attended this program.
In the first session, En Wan Imran talked on Tendering Procedure for Road work while En. Raja Bukhary shared on Building Tendering Procedure. Among the topics discussed were Tendering Methods, Tendering Processes, Tendering Procedures, the Tender Document , etc. Staff need to understand the correct Tendering Procedures to avoid company’s loss and also to prevent from legal claims against us.
It is hoped that members benefitted from the session and would be able to disseminate the knowledge to who were unable to attend this program. We hope that the knowledge gained by this K-Sharing session could be applied can be used during their daily task.
